Account deletion

Request deletion in the app or by email.

How to request deletion

  1. While signed in, open Delete account.
  2. Or email privacy@plantwhisper.app from your account email.
  3. Use the subject: Plant Whisper account deletion.

What the request covers

  • Your account profile and authentication record.
  • Your plant profiles, memberships, photos, messages, voice transcripts, care events, reminders, and notes, subject to shared-history rules.

Verification and retention

We may verify that you control the account before processing the request. Owners must transfer or delete shared plants. Shared text or care history may remain as “Former keeper” for other members; authored photos can be removed before departure. Limited security or legal records may be retained when required.
