Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using Plant Whisper, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your location.

Access

A valid invite and account are required. Keep your sign-in details and invite private, and provide accurate account information.

Shared care

You can create plant profiles, talk, add photos, log care, and invite a co-whisperer. Only invite people who should see that plant's existing and future shared conversation, photos, and care record.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you add. You give Plant Whisper permission to store and display it only as needed to operate and share the service with the plant members you choose.

Plant care

Plant responses are AI-generated guidance based on the information members share. They are not a guaranteed diagnosis. You remain responsible for plant-care decisions and for confirming whether a suggested action is appropriate.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse invites, access another person's data without permission, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

Content standards and enforcement

You are responsible for content you submit and must have permission to share it. We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal obligations, or violations of these terms.

Availability

V1 may change, pause, or experience errors. It is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived by law.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Plant Whisper is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AI output may be incomplete or wrong and is not professional horticultural, medical, veterinary, safety, or emergency advice. Inspect your plant and environment and use independent judgment before acting.

Changes to the service or terms

We may improve or change the service. If we make material changes to these terms, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or account contact information and update the effective date.

Account deletion

Users can request deletion through the Account deletion page. Shared contributions may remain attributed to “Former keeper” when other plant members rely on that history, and limited records may be retained when legally required.
